My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. Some 5 million visitors come to the Algarve every year and Albufeira welcomes a large part of them in fine style. Evans is a very cozy condominium villa, ideal for families with children. All amenities within 5 minutes by car. Located in a residential area, the villa has easy access to all amenities including Albufeira's local market, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and Peneco and Fisherman Beach in Albufeira. The Evans villa is very spacious with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing holiday. The house consists of a large living room with direct access to a comfortable and cozy terrace with dining furniture, lounge chairs and barbecue, an ideal spot for a family meal or a quiet evening with friends with lots of privacy. It also in the ground floor has a functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The first floor comprises a double suite and a suite with 2 single beds.

The Evans villa is the ideal holiday home for 6 people, it is well located, with easy access to water parks and the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. The famous Rua da Oura and the historic center of Albufeira are a short drive away. Albufeira Marina and the bustling old town are also 10 minutes away, where you can find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and services. Algarve Shopping, the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, fresh and fish market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, shops and various services are 10 minutes away.
