The house is spread over two stories and is beautifully decorated. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room features two large sofas, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. The property features a terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. The BBQ area is ideal for hosting a summer cookout, while the garden offers a peaceful seating area where you can relax and soak up the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.  For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first floor boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony with a seating area where you can lounge and enjoy. The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has a queen bed and a sofa. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Also, complimentary parking is available on the street, ensuring parking is never an issue.
