My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. VillaPraia Mar is a high-quality townhouse located in the heart of Albufeira just a few meters from the beach and the historic centre of Albufeira. The ground floor comprises a very comfortable dining/living room with a 160m wide double sofa bed, smart tv and fibre internet, the living room has direct access to a terrace for meals and a communal pool, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and access to the boxed garage for 1 car or if they are city dwellers, 2 cars can fit.

Villa Praia Mar is ideal for those who want to park their car and walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and many other services available within a few minutes' walk. The Algarve Shopping and the famous Chicken Piri-Piri da Guia, the famous beaches of São Rafael, Galé, Salgados and golf courses are 10 minutes away by car. Like Aquashow, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are within a few minutes' drive.
