Enjoy panoramic sea views, a private balcony, and a peaceful setting in this stylish 2-bedroom apartment, located on the 6th floor of a secure hilltop complex with elevator, pool, gym, co-working space, and on-site laundry. Just 10 minutes from the beach and Sesimbra’s vibrant town center. The bright, open-plan layout is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax in the cozy living room with plush sofas and a Smart TV, or step onto the balcony to enjoy ocean views with a morning coffee or evening wine. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle. A dining table seats up to six guests. There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with a 140x200 cm bed—both with quality linens. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with handheld shower, fresh towels, and toiletries. With fast WiFi, stylish design, and serene surroundings, it’s perfect for couples, families, or remote workers. Important info » Guests are required to fill a form with ID/Passport information before or upon check-in. » Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of 25euros shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in. » Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. » Please note that a 150euros security deposit is required to book this property. » The balcony door can lock from the outside accidentally — guests should take care when stepping out » If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.

Sesimbra is a very authentic town, about 30-40 minutes driving away from Lisbon, known for its fresh fish, beautiful coastline, clear blue & calm ocean water (instead of the big waves you can find in Costa da Caparica and elsewhere in Portugal). The town has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, local shops, and water activities (snorkeling, SUP, diving, dolphin watching, and much more). Sesimbra is located in the Natural Arrábida park, where you have beautiful viewpoints, a fort, stunning green hills looking over the ocean, and nice trails for hiking and biking. This natural park is truly amazing and there is so much to see and do. We are sure you will love it.
