Property information

LV Premier LA1 ia a great villa located in Lagoa de Albufeira close to Sesimbra. It features a medium size heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a gorgeous garden. Pool Heating is optional and has additional charges. It is walking distance to the beaches (approx 15 min), and has a great feel of peace, with lots of pine woods nearby. The house is equipped with (4) bikes, a inflatable kayak and stand up paddle for guest use. There is also a ping pong table, darts and table games. Featuring 5 bedrooms (3 of which are suites), a total of 4 full bathrooms and a half bathroom, great WiFi, AC, heating and outdoor meal area as well as a BBQ, this is hard to beat. The villa is also a great spot off season allowing for a even more relaxing vacation. Farmers market and great choice of restaurants, with super fresh fish dishes... A car is recommended. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we provide folding beds or a sofa bed. These can be set up in bedrooms or the living room.

Neighbourhood information

Sesimbra coast boasts a number of great beaches- from our own Lagoa and Meco, to the unspoiled bays of the Arrabida natural park including Portinho da Arrabida, Ribeira do Cavalo and Galapinhos. Meco village has a number of popular bars as does Sesimbra city. Lisbon is approx 45 min away should you want to explore further away
