Conveniently located directly in the Lagos Marina within a walking distance to the Meia Praia Beach. This south-facing apartment has a beautiful view into the communal garden with pool. The guests have access to the garden and the pool, which is exclusive for this condominium only. The modern relaxed design of the apartment connects the living area with the terrace, making it one space for convenient relaxation or remote work. Have a swim in the pool before enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace. Or spend a day by the pool with the whole family and pop into the apartment when you get hungry or fancy a coffee. The apartment is suitable also for longer stays - the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and utensils and includes dishwasher, wash machine, kettle, microwave oven and a coffee maker. Children`s highchair and baby crib with a mattress and bedding are available. Kindly note that while the building is equipped with an elevator, the main entrance to the building is accessible through a short flight of stairs only.
The apartment is very conveniently located right in the Marina. Multiple restaurants in the Marina are only 2-min walk away. The famous Meia Praia is the nearest beach - 10min walk or 2min drive away. It is easy to spend the whole day on this long beach with several restaurants. The strip of scenic beaches (Praia de Dona Ana, Praia do Camilo, Praia dos Estudantes...) starts 20min walk or 10min drive away. The Marina is also a starting point for the sightseeing boat and kayaking tours. The nearest supermarket including a café, flower shop and dry cleaners is right across the street. Free public parking is available approx. 40 meters away from the entrance to the apartment. The historic centre of Lagos is only a pleasant 15-min walk through the Marina and along the Marina Canal away. Lagos railway station is 5-min walk away, main bus terminal (Terminal Rodoviário) is 10-min walk away. From Lagos it is easy to visit also the famous sightseeing spots in the West Algarve: Praia da Luz (beach, hiking), Carvoeiro (kayaking,hiking), Praia do Beliche (surfing), Capo de Sao Vincente (Southwesternmost tip of Europe with a lighhouse), Bordeira`s beach and many others.
