The recently rebuilt house is situated on a quiet dead-end street on the main road, where most of the shops, restaurants and cafés of the village can be found. The family beach Mareta is a 5-minute walk away and the surfing beach Tonel at 10 minutes. The house is modern and spacious with lots of light and has a living and dining area on the ground floor, an open kitchen with all necessary equipment and bar, a toilet with shower and a storage room with washing machine. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.

The property is really in the heart of the village, so almost all cafes, restaurants and shops can be easily reached on foot, as are the main beaches. You can park your car for free on the street and you’ll always be able to find a spot near the house. Just around the corner is the bus stop with a line to the city of Lagos and the express service to Lisbon. Sagres is a true paradise for surfers, and many surf schools and rental companies can be found in the village. In the harbor you can book trips to spot dolphins and whales, dive or fish. E-mountain bike tours are ideal for discovering the impressive coastline and the beautiful Costa Vicentina nature park in a relaxed and peaceful manner.
