We are Silver Prop! A Portuguese/Swedish holiday rental management based in Nazaré, Portugal. Our goal is to make your stay perfect on our beautiful Silver Coast! We are based in Nazaré and will be around 24/7 for anything you might need.

Property information

Brand new apartment with sea view, overlooking the beach and iconic light house of Nazaré. Bigger pool within the condominium! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and everything that Nazaré has to offer. High standard with a spacious and furnished balcony facing the sea, and also a big private terrace of 80 m2 on the backside of the apartment with lounge sofa and dining area. Enjoy a breakfast on the terrace, a day on the beach and come home to the magical sea sunset from the balcony.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a new built private condominium. Calm and quiet area with walking distance to beach area. Just around the corner the bigger supermarket Pingo Doce is located. Walking is perfect to get around in Nazaré. For more beaches and more sightseeing, a car is needed.

- There has just started a construction of a new building directly in front of this building and we want to inform that there can be noise coming from the building. We do not have any more information than this or when it will be ending. The bedrooms are facing the back of the apartment. Please have in mind that we can not give any guarantees of noise coming from the building, and by making a reservation guests accept this. The building is affecting the view to the left and to the front, but there is still a sea view to the right to the canyon light house!", The works are estimated for 20 more months.
