Nice and modern apartment with one bedroom with double bed, located on the 1st floor of a small residential building. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, an open space living room, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. On the balcony, there is a leisure area, where you can enjoy your meals or relax with a view of the sea. If you are booking for two guests but do not wish to sleep together in the double bed and need to use the sofa bed, there is an extra charge. This apartment is located 10 minutes from the airport (Santa Cruz) and 15 minutes from Funchal, the capital of Madeira. As our customer, you will have a 10% discount at EXTREME COURTESY, at the PRAIA REIS MAGOS and LARANJINHA restaurants and the SPAR. In addition, we offer a massage and bioresonance treatment service at home, all to make your stay even more relaxing. If you need a car, we have partnerships with two rent-a-cars, which allows us to offer you a lower price. Just contact us, and we'll send you a quote and make the reservation for you.

The apartment is in a very quiet and touristy area of Caniço de Baixo, about 5 minutes from Reis Magos beach. There is paid parking on the north and south fronts of the building and bus stops nearby.
