The villa features heating in bedrooms, hallway and kitchen, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine and a separate workspace. A cot, toys and children's books are available. The privileged location, close to Penacova's center and one of Portugal's most beautiful river beaches, ensures privacy and tranquility, with magnificent views of the Mondego River and mountains through large windows with shutters, five private balconies and a generous 50 m² porch. The large garden includes a private outdoor pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue. Lemon, orange, clementine, fig, olive and loquat trees grow on the property—perfect for children to play or for relaxing in the shade. Parking is available in several spots on the property and in two shared garages. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. Please note: there is an outdoor CCTV camera recording the entrance. The fenced grounds border a riverside walking and cycling path, with a river beach and restaurant just 200 meters away. You can walk, cycle, swim, fish, SUP or canoe nearby. Bakery, pharmacy and health center are less than 500 meters away. Penacova's center is under 15 minutes on foot. Discover traditional mills and a monastery nearby.
