The Royal Collection is a Royal Prime project, which seeks to create a unique space for local accommodation in Covilhã. The building dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, when the ceilings and walls were rich in decorative and architectural elements, in the process of requalification all the details were incorporated and restored. The concept and interior design were based on a mix of vintage and contemporary elements, this fusion served as the motto to define all the decorative elements. It was a project whose mission was to merge the past with the present.

The Royal Collection is located in the city center of Covilhã. Its points of interest are the Church of Santa Maria, Wool Museum, Cheese Museum, Senhora da Boa Estrela da Serra, Ribeira da carpintaria Bridge and Serra da Estrela.
