Right in the heart of Espinho and a short walk from the beach, this top-floor apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers who appreciate comfort, simplicity, and sea breezes. Just 2 minutes from the train station, it’s a perfect base to relax, work remotely, or explore the coast. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment spans two levels. The lower level includes a cozy bedroom with a double bed and central heating, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a bright living/dining area with TV and sofa leads to a private balcony — perfect for breakfast or an evening drink. Set in a quiet yet central area, you’ll be near shops, cafés, and restaurants. Great train links make visits to Porto or Aveiro easy, no car needed. Note: stair access only, no A/C, urban balcony view, paid street parking. ￫ This is a self-catered property. Basic items (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are provided only for the first day. ￫ Bed and bath linen are included based on the number of guests. For stays over 7 nights, extra sets are provided at check-in. ￫ Cleaning fee covers only check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning/linen changes can be requested 24h in advance (extra fee applies). ￫ Check-in: 15:00–22:00 (late check-in after 22:00 has a EUR 25 fee). One set of keys provided. ￫ Passport info is required by law. ￫ Check-out is at 11:00. Please leave keys on the main table. ￫ Guests are responsible for keys. Do not leave them in the lock/mailbox.
