Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holiday, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming, and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties, we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance, and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All the properties are known to us personally. Between us, we have over 60 years of experience in tourism, so we like to think we know what we’re doing! The Villa is perfectly nestled in the peaceful area of Prazeres. The nearest café. bakery and mini market are only 140 meters away. The pharmacy Farmácia Estreito da Calheta can be found 4 km away. It is 7 Km to the resort town of Calheta, with its man-made golden sandy beach. Here you will, find a selection of cafés, restaurants, a larger branded supermarket, the marina (offering boat trips and dolphin watching), banks and a chemist. Funchal is an easy 50-minutes’ drive and the airport under one hour along the motorway.
