Villa da Praia is located in Praia das Ma��s, a seashore village, and it is ideal for a quiet and convenient stay. With 2 comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light, 2 bathrooms, and a private exit to the garden, Villa da Praia can acomodaste up to 4 people.

After decades of intense professional lives in Lisbon, the Villa da Praia hosts, Pilar and Marcelo, sold their city apartment and moved to Praia das Ma��s, a quiet seashore village 8 km (5 miles) away from Sintra. This small fisherman and craftsman community made it easy for Pilar and Marcelo to adjust to their new lifestyle, and they are fully integrated among neighbors and local activities in this slow paced and pollution free village. Hosting people from around the world is something Pilar always wanted to do. She wishes to learn about different cultures from her guests and forge some new friendships. Marcelo is happy to help, and will be busy with the house maintenance and the garden. They are both very happy to make some extra income, but, most of all, to make shore you have a pleasant stay!

Stay here and walk to the beach and to several fish and shellfish restaurants, among other local gastronomic specialities. It is an excellent start point for those who want to explore the coast line, the romantic Sintra sights or just stay home enjoying the local wine and a good book. Recently renovated, Villa da Praia is conveniently located in the Sintra/Cascais Natural Park. Here you can enjoy local hikes, the Sintra palaces, surf at the local beaches, or visit contemporary art museums and the natural charms of Cascais.
