Or the 'HouseP4' has two bedrooms (two double beds for four people), a surface area of 85 m² and one large terrace. Our three houses are rented out separately on the booking platform. The houses have the advantage of being situated on the same street, making them ideal for meetings with family, friends or colleagues, while each house retains its independence. The quiet neighbourhood is a 5-minute walk from the town centre, restaurants, shops and a small, family-friendly beach. -The 'Villa' is a large, comfortable house with three bedrooms on the ground floor. One of these is a small studio with access via the external corridor of the villa's private patio — ideal for isolating yourself to work remotely. Upstairs, the kitchen and living room have direct access to two large terraces with a wide view of the ocean, the fortress and the town. -The ‘HouseP4’ is a comfortable, fully equipped house with two bedrooms and a living room-kitchen on the ground floor and a large terrace upstairs. -The ‘HouseP3’ is a comfortable, fully equipped house with a kitchen, dining area and living room on the ground floor, with direct access to a small terrace. The bedroom is accessible upstairs via an external staircase from this terrace Come and discover our haven of peace.

Our three houses are situated on a rock. Behind the houses, there is a small path overlooking the ocean .Follow it to the nearby beach, then from there, follow the path up the small hill to the phare and the fishers' chapel. Whether you're walking, cycling, running or pushing a pushchair with a baby, everything is accessible for you to explore this part of the ocean and take some superb photos of this picturesque and colourful neighbourhood. Come and recharge your batteries in the fresh air. A 5-minute walk from the house, there are two small supermarkets where you can quickly pick up a few essentials, a bakery for fresh bread and some Portuguese desserts, and also a hairdresser. Otherwise, the large supermarkets : Continent Liddl -Aldi are 1.6 km away (30 minutes on foot ) or in the town centre, 20 minutes away, there is Intermarché and Auchan : small supermarkets.). Please note that at the end of July, there is a carnival linked to the veneration of the saint of PENICHE : Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem. Please enquire if you do not wish to rent during this period, due to the noise from the fairground rides, which stop at midnight/1 a.m., or if, on the contrary, you would like to take part and watch the illuminated rides and fireworks, but only from the villa terraces, as they have a sea view.
