The traditional house built exclusively of wood and stone and covered with shingles offers refuge from the busy world within its rooms overlooking the forest. The outdoor areas are ample having a covered terrace and several seating areas including tables, hammocks and a fire pit. Alunis Retreat is the guest house of Alunis Art Center, a multidisciplinary creative space aimed at reviving local traditions and promoting sustainable tourism in the area through cultural events. Thus the retreat is an example of traditional architecture and gives back to the local community by creating jobs for locals and supporting local crafters, artists, and small businesses. All the rooms of the guest house, decorated in a traditional style, are fitted with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
