IMPORTANT - Please read before booking. • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment. • We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • The apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photoshoots or video shoots (videoclips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images with the apartment without our approval. • Guests are required to provide an emergency contact number, as well as to present a photo ID, according to the law, in accordance with art. 3, letter D of Law no. 237 of 2001 on guest access and registration in tourist structures, before receiving all the useful information for accommodation and unique access codes. • All information about the location, access to the private parking, access to the building and access to the apartment, all independent access codes, links and photos useful for accessing your accommodation will be sent by messaging to the phone number provided on the platform. • We can offer, on request, an extra cot for children up to 2 years old, an additional cost of 50 RON/night or maximum 200 RON/stay is charged. • We can offer early check-in or late check-out, upon request, if there is availability, an additional cost is charged starting with 100 RON. • The property is not able to generate an invoice due to being a private entity. Our apartment is located right next to the forest, offering you a unique experience of being surrounded by nature. Enjoy the sounds of birds and the tranquility of the landscape, but please note that due to the proximity to the forest, insects may appear. We strive to keep the interior of the apartment clean and comfortable, but understanding and appreciating the natural environment in which we are located is important.
