Viszonylag kis alapterületű (24m2-es) korlátozott felületet alakítottunk át tágasabb othonosabb hangulatú kis lakássá. Inkább 2 főnek, de szükség esetén 4 fő is elfér, kicsit szűkösen. Minden lakásban van két helyiség, egy nappali konyhasarokkal - kihúzható kanapéval 140 x 200 és hálószoba dupla ággyal. A fürdőszoba/wc a hálóból nyilik. Tolóajtós. *A lakás csak lakóövezeti célokra használható. Bármilyen más célra, például fotózásra vagy videózásra (videoklipek, videoblogok stb.), a jóváhagyásunkat kell kérnie. Szigorúan tilos a lakás képeinek rögzítése és közzététele a jóváhagyásunk nélkül. **Mivel lakóövezetben található, előfordulhat, hogy utcai zajok hallatszanak. Kérjük, vegye figyelembe a foglaláskor, ha rosszúl alszik. Az épület külseje nem feltétlenül vizuálisan kellemes.
