PLEASE NOTE: *The apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as photoshoots or videoshoots (videoclips, videoblogs etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval. The rental amount for photo/videoshoots starts from 100 euros, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation. **Being located very centrally, there might be some traffic noise.
