Quiet area with quiet neighbors and tourists. From Arrival Terminal Airport Henri Coanda-Otopeni you can walk 15 minutes, with Uber or Bolt 4 minutes, by train 1 minute (P.O. Patinoar station). Until Therme Bucharest 15-20 minutes by car, uber or bolt and also a special bus. For City Center and Calea Victoriei 30 minutes (depends on traffic) or by bus 100 also train or car. Baneasa Mall 15-20 minutes and the Tiriac Arena ice rink 5 minutes walking.
