This unique place has a style of its own. In a brand new residence the apartment is very bright, with a beautiful unobstructed view. 2 spacious bedrooms, big open kitchen, open balcony and 2 modernly decorated bathrooms. Equipped with floor heating system and air conditioning, it is very cozy both during the cold winters and hot summer days.
