I work with two professional cleaning teams to ensure everything is spotless and ready for your arrival. I'm a local, born and raised in the city, so I enjoy sharing recommendations about Timișoara when guests are interested—whether that's finding a good restaurant or figuring out how to get around. Each apartment is set up with the essentials you'd actually want, and I make sure everything is clean and working properly before you arrive. My goal is straightforward: provide quality accommodation where guests feel welcome and well taken care of. If something comes up during your stay, I'm easy to reach and quick to respond. Located in a new residential condominium, City of Mara, the apartment is 12 minutes walk away from the main square - Victory Square (where you'll find the Christmas Fair), and 18 minutes away on foot from Iulius Town. The apartment is designed for families or small groups. We offer free undergound parking during the stay. Both bedrooms offer a king-size bed (160x200cm) with quality mattresses. The bigger bedroom has a firm memory foam mattress, the smaller bedroom features a pillowy soft pocket spring mattress. Sofa in the living room extends to 140x200cm double bed. Dining table seets 6 people and the kitchen is big enough for any cooking you might plan. Complimentary coffee and tea available. Bathrooms: the large one features a bathtub, the small one has a walk-in shower - perfect for your group.
