The pension is located in the thermal resort of Baile 1 Mai, near the city center and in the immediate vicinity of the thermal resort of Baile Felix. This year ( 19.08.2023 ) the completely renovated thermal Aquapark Venus will reopen . This large thermal bath/aqua park is located right next to our location . There are swimming pools, aqua parks, grocery stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Pension 1 Mai currently has 7 rooms and 2 apartments for accommodation, as well as a modern and spacious breakfast room in a pleasant setting. The thermal resort of Baile 1 Mai is located 7 km from Oradea and 3 km from the thermal resort of Baile Felix. Both Băile 1 Mai and Băile Felix are in a completely newly renovated condition that was completely modernized at the end of 2022, with new roads, new sewerage, new internet / telephone lines, an upgraded infrastructure and lots of new parking lots. In Baile 1 Mai we have the thermal Wave pool and the thermal Perla pool, which is about 450 meters from our location. In addition, the thermal Venus swimming pool, which is located right next to our location, is currently being renovated, so new slides, pools and new spa areas will be waiting for you from 29.08.2023 !!!!. The parking spaces at our location can be used by our guests free of charge.
