Established in 2021, by young people with experience and potential. We currently are managing about 50 apartments but we are looking to expand. We've been working from a young age and started renting our first apartment at 16 years old, it was hard but we made it through and now we want to exceed. The staff is friendly, very respectful and with common sense.

Signature Promenada Hotel-Apartments is a new building that comes with a fresh, good and relaxing vibe for your vacantions. The Property is great looking, very clean and also open to entertain and create memories for the guests. The apartments come with different rooms and views. You can maybe stay in one of our single rooms for some privacy or to our double rooms with a bedroom and an extensible sofa. At the entrance you will be greeted from our P.R Girls to help you accomodate and give informations about the building and the area. On the ground floor of the property you can find the restaurant Signature Steak & Susheria where you can delight yourself with the greatest steaks and greatest fish or sushi in town. In front of the building will be Restaurant's beach and near it Signature Beach (where you have 20% discount to everything) both with a fresh and happy vibe and some rocking parties in the week-ends.
