The apartment is part of the green district Titan, and it is close to Alexandru Ioan Cuza park (also known as Titan); being one of the biggest parks in Bucharest, with a total surface measuring over 85 hectares and considered by many the most beautiful park in Bucharest. The park is built around Titan Lake, divided in half by a road bridge containing five small islands. Titanii is a smaller park located a stone's throw from the apartment. Here you can find 2 tennis courtyards, 2-foot tennis courtyards, 2 Basketball courtyards, 2 football courtyards and 2 playgrounds, and one skatepark, which makes it an ideal option for short walks and practising different sports hobbies you might have. Transportation is well-developed, the region being linked to other parts of Bucharest by subway, tram lines, trolleys, buses and taxis. The apartment is 15 min on foot from subway station Titan and 18 minutes on foot from subway station Nicolae Grigorescu.
