The villa was designed in 2000 after a typical architecture of the houses of Catalonia (Spain) located in the area of Estartit (Islas Medas ) One of the main features of the villa, is to maintain an pleasant indoor temperature in both summer and winter.. The construction of the villa ends in August 2002 , what predominates right from the entrance to the villa is the living room with an upper area of 35m2, with a big fireplace that reminds us of Dicken's Winter Tales. The location of the villa is on a flat ground close to the center of the city, the four mastre double rooms all with heir related terraces give a panoramic view of the Bucegi Mountains, more precisely to the peak Omul-Cross. The villa is provided by another double room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, as well as two garages one outside another inside, the garden is found in front of the house. These features give you the opportunity to spend a stay between 10 and 12 people. Before I introduce myself, I will tell you a little history about the owners of this villa, who were the parents of my godparents. During the Communism Mrs. Teodora and Mr. Mihai wanted to have a villa in Bușteni more precisely a villa overlooking the mountains and especially the Cross (Caraiman massif). But since at that time it was forbidden by law to have a second property, the only solution being divorce and so could have the two properties both, the couple gave up the idea for the moment. With the fall of the communist regime Mrs. Teodora and Mr. Mihai began to look for a land that corresponded to their dreams and perspectives. Although they had reached over 63 and 67 years, many of their friends and family tell them to get involved in such a project, but after many sacrifices there seen the dream come true. This house is built with love to the mountain by our family, is managed by me and my godfather witch I link a friendship of a lifetime.
