Important information before arrival: • Accommodation is in spacious glamping tents, equipped with comfortable beds, clean linens, and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The tents are located under trees, so pollen, leaves, or other natural debris may occasionally appear – this is normal in an open-air natural environment. • The water used for showers and sinks comes from a deep well (81 meters), and while it is clean and safe, it naturally contains sulfur and iron. These elements may cause a specific smell, common in many rural areas. • We regularly treat the area with professional insect repellents, including the inside of the tents. Sometimes, traces of powder from these treatments may be visible – this is a preventive measure for your comfort, not a sign of poor cleaning. • We kindly ask all guests to leave the tent in a decent condition upon departure, just as they found it. We make sure everything is clean and sanitized before each arrival, and out of respect for future guests, we appreciate your care for the space. • We are always available in case of any need and we value open communication throughout your stay. Any discomfort or concern can be quickly resolved if brought to our attention.
