- Spa center using is free and based on capacity availability. The capacity of the Spa Center is 15 places and its use is subject to availability at a given moment. Due to the smaller capacity of the Spa center, the recommended time of use is 2 hours due to limited capacity, and for a completely peaceful and relaxing experience, the SPA center is reserved for adults only from 18:00 to 21:00. Children up to 12 years of age are allowed to stay in the SPA center until 6 p.m. - Parking and garage are available with extra charge and its use is subject to availability at a given moment.

The complex contains 107 apartments, of which there are 9 two-room apartments with a capacity of up to five people, 94 one-room apartments with a capacity of up to 4 people, as well as 4 penthouse apartments with a capacity of 2 to 6 adults, which is exactly the number of people that can be accommodated in the largest and most luxurious penthouse “Tornik”. All apartments in the complex are luxuriously equipped and have their own terrace and bathroom, while the penthouse apartments are additionally enriched with luxurious content such as a natural fireplace, hydro-massage bathtub, unique and designer furniture.
