Built in 2013, still looks like a new one, some areas recently renewed. Private parking is provided behind the fence. If you are a fan of a barbecue, there is a place with all needed stuff, even for some local dishes ('SAČ'), if you are fan of roses and come at summer time, you will see hundreds of species flourishing.
I am an IT guy, in this case irrelevant. If you need any help just call, I will respond. I know few good places where to go, what to try , etc.
Best for taking breath after a long ride, very quiet area. Well connected to city center with public transport (you can leave the car on a propertie's parking). Very close to bypasses to highways (Hungary, Croatia or Bulgaria, Greece), close to motorway to Montenegro.
