The apartment is situated a several steps from the walking area of Vrnjačka Banja in the building across of the well-known spring Snežnik. The Vrnjačka river flows in front of the apartment building and in the vicinity of the apartment is placed city swimming pool. The apartment is placed just 0.2 km far from the new built Film Bridge “Who’s Singin’ Over There” and 1.2 km far from the famous Bridge of Love.
The apartment of 42 m2 is located on the first floor in the building with elevator and consists of entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom and terrace. In the basement of the building is placed garage which belongs to the apartment. It is very convenient because the basement has an elevator and guests can use elevator after parking a car to lift to the first floor. The usage of garage is for free for guests of the apartment without any need for reservation. The terrace of the apartment has beautiful view to the park. The entrance door of the apartment building is locked and the building poses the interphone.
It is about new, modern, air-conditioned, fully equipped apartment. The guests can access to free Wi-Fi and watch SBB cable television at two flat-screen
