I see myself as tolerant and open-minded person that likes to deal with life slow, easy and deep, but with lots of humor! Love to meet people and new places. Also like to read, watch films and attend concerts in my hometown and everywhere possible!

Property information

Our Simpatico apartment is as its name says very nice, quiet, in a new building with new furniture. It is quite near the city center and has a great local transportation connection to each part of the city. Everything you need to enjoy! The apartment includes living room, two bedrooms with balcony, kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for six persons. The Apartment Simpatico is located on the 4th floor in the building, which has an elevator. Our guests also have free parking in the basement of the building.

Neighbourhood information

It is a quiet neighbourhood, and the apartment is facing the yard, not the street. Only a few minutes walk away from the apartment there are many restaurants and supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables in the same street. If you are coming during the summer you should know that city beach is just 15min away by foot.
