Objekat poseduje tri etaže (sprata), gde se nalazi 8 spavacih soba, 4 kupatila i dve trpezarije sa kuhinjama. Sobe: narandžasta, ljubičasta, žuta, crvena i roze imaju terasu sa koje se pruža pogled ka jezeru, dok zelena, plava i siva nemaju terasu. Obezbeđen besplatan parking do samog objekta. Internet i kablovska televizija su obezbeđeni. Postoji mogućnost doplate za svaki obrok.

Objekat Biserna dolina se nalazi na oko 200m od jezera, nedaleko od objekta se nalazi viseći most i kamp odakle polaze čamci u obilazak kanjona i ledene pećine. Pešačka staza koja vodi do vidikovca Molitva sa koga se pruža najlepši pogled na meandre Uvca udaljena je oko 100m.
