U dnevnoj sobi je trosed koji se razvlači pa može spavati do 4 osobe. U apartmanu je optički internet i 2 TV-a sa kablovskim kanalima. Dobijate posteljinu, peškire, kupku, šampon, fen, peglu, kuvalo sa čajevima i nesom i još mnogo toga. Ispred zgrade je besplatan parking sa dosta parking mesta.
