Matea Slowliving Home – represents a family summer home that offers rest, wine and food. The property is conceived as a micro destination that provides accommodation services in a house that we decorate in slow living and art&decor style. The estate is located in the Karlovac vineyards - as an intimate destination with a view of the Danube, Fruška Gora, Novi Sad and the old wine town of Sremska Karlovce. The weekend house has two apartments that are fully equipped for your pleasant stay. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen with a dining room and a wine club. In front of the house there is a spacious terrace with a panoramic table for direct connection with the landscape of the ''Karlovacki vinogradi'' (vineyards). The property covers an area of 25 ares. There is a serpentine garden above the house. In front of the house you have at your disposal a green terrace with lavender, swings and a hot tub (a wooden tub for bathing in warm water), then a vineyard of old varieties, an orchard and a badminton court. I try to brighten up every trip with unreal notes of local wines. Our small guest house is conceived as an authentic destination, charmingly decorated, with a view of the historic vineyards. Our guest house is located in a hidden destination. It is only 15 minutes away from Sremski Karlovac. The view from our terrace extends to all the sights of this area: Fruška gora, Danube River, Sremski Karlovci, Novi Sad. Nevertheless, the house is located in a natural environment with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Sremski Karlovci is a very interesting small town. In the past, they had 700 wine cellars. Almost every house was also a winery. Just a 35-minute drive away, we take you to the wine village. We can organize wine tastings and wine programs there.
