Apartman se nalazi u odvojenoj jedinici u dvorištu domaćinstva. Okružen je prirodom. Veliko dvorište sa roštiljom i letnjikovcem je gostima uvek na raspolaganju. U blizini se takođe nalaze domaćinstva u kojim mogu nabaviti tradicionalne domaće proizvode. Mi se bavimo organskom proizvodnjom aronije i obradom drugog voća tako da u objektu možete konzumirati, a i kupiti naše proizvode. Veliki smo ljubitelji životinja, tako da se možete družiti sa našim konjem, psima i mačkama. Veliki prostor za šetnju, Takođe, miran kutak za uživanje uz lepu knjigu i laganu muziku.
Moje ime je Dragan Sretenović. Pored toga što sam domaćin na našem ranču, licencirani turistički i planinarski sam vodič. Tu sam za sve savete o tome šta možete posetiti u okolini, a takođe uz dogovor pravim i manje planinarske i turističke ture.
U letnjem periodu najatraktivniji su bazeni Sanković udaljeni 8 km od smeštaja, dva velika kompleksa bazena u banji Vrujci koji su udaljeni 11 km i bazeni Petnica, udaljeni 18 km. Kuća Živojina Mišića se nalazi na 12 km u selu Struganik. U okolini sela za ljubitelje planinarenja, nalaze se planine Povlen, Jablanik, Maljen sa najpoznatijim naseljem Divčibare. Na Divčibarama, koje je udaljeno 27 km, postoje razne planinarske rute za pešačenja, razne atrakcije za decu, restorani, a takođe atraktivno skijalište i za decu i za odrasle. Manastiri Jovanja, Pustinja, Ćelije, Bogovađa, Ribnica i drugi se nalaze u blizini. Centar Mionice je udaljen 6km i tu se nalaze supermarketi, kafići, restorani, park za decu.
