300m od Dunava. 1km do kameničkog parka,2 km do centra Novog Sada. Autobusko stajaliste se nalazi 20 metara od objekta imate dve linije koje idu redovno za grad. Odmah na putu pored bus stajalista imate restoran. Kuća je ušuškana u hladu i okolnom zelenilu,unutra temperatura optimalna leti ,oko 20 stepeni. Obezbedjen roštilj, i drva za potpalu, Ležaljke,suncobrani. Zimi se kuća greje na norveske radijatore i svaka soba ima po jedan.
