Kuca u prirodi okružena šumom, ogradjeno dvorište 15 ari sa ozidanim roštiljem i velikom natkrivenom terasom. Pored same kuće prolazi planinska rečica. Imanje ima bazen koji se koristi tokom leta. Kuća je ocenjena ocenom ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oaza mira i tišine uz žubor reke i cvrkutanje ptica.
Imanje je smešteno u podnožju planine Goč, prelepa priroda i čist vazduh. Udaljenost Vrnjačke banje je 7-8 minuta vožnje tako da su vam na raspolaganju svi veći marketi, dom zdravlja, pošta , pijaca i naravno glavno šetalište u Vrnjačkoj Banji.
