Directly overlooking and just a few steps from beautiful Beau Vallon Beach, Panorama Guesthouse & Apartments offers new self-catering apartments, as well as traditional guest rooms with beach views. Elegant, spacious apartment features open-plan living with well equipped kitchen, dining lounge and balcony or terrace. Modern, minimalist décor, fully air-conditioned with fans and TV. Washing machine, coffee machine, oven and full fridge/freezer available. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. Traditional guest rooms are located on the ground floor with private entrance opening to the garden. Cozy, best value Beach View with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, mini-fridge, kettle and safe. Small, sustainable beachfront property offering access to free WiFi and private parking. Top rated comfy beds and daily housekeeping. Wonderful Tropical Breakfast with local fruits and fresh juice can be booked in-house weekdays. Closer to nature & community. At the original rock Creole home of the resident family, there is a verandah with outdoor seating. Sun Terrace with sun loungers and snorkeling site 20m to the right from shore. Bus stop next door and hiking nearby. There are diving centers on the beach, as well as restaurants and bars. Arrival transfer from the International Airport can be pre-booked. Car rental and sightseeing tours available. Victoria, with its History Museum, Market and Inter Island ferry is just a 10-minute drive away.

Or TRADITIONAL Beach View guesthouse rooms, ideal if you prefer cozy basic with a breathtaking view! A popular choice for those on a budget, young or solo travellers - with a single rate. Superior rooms are slightly larger with extra amenities. 7 units accommodating a maximum of 20 guests. Fully airconditioned plus cross ventilation windows and fan/s for natural cooling option. Fresh water shower, glass bottle drinking water daily & private entrance opening to the well-kept garden. Extra length beds in all Apartments & Superior. Public areas open air. Perfectly placed, first in line to Beau Vallon Beach. Slightly elevated from the beach front, enjoying the privacy that this provides, yet with direct access to the beach and surrounding area. Beau Vallon Beach is a world famous, dreamy beautiful, powder white sand beach with warm turquoise waters for swimming year round. Stunning nature, sounds of waves, birds and community, surreal sunsets, snorkelling, dive centres, local cuisine, bus stop next door (bus every 30 mins to Victoria), fresh fruit stalls with coconut water and corner shop. The heart of Seychelles tourism, with the largest variety of services to suit different tastes and budgets, all within walking distance. A vibrant, sought-after social area, Beau Vallon can get livelier and louder during the evenings, especially on weekends, when locals join in on time off. Bring ear plugs and eye mask if you are sensitive to noise or light. Weekdays are generally calmer, with an iconic beach all to yourself easily found. Nearby nature walks & hiking, ATM machines & money changers, supermarkets, SIM card/internet services, spas and a health centre. Seychelles International Airport is a 25-minute drive. Arrival transfer can be pre-booked. From 1 August 2023, Govt Eco Levy Scr 25 per person/night payable in Rupees cash. Due to persisting dry conditions in Nov 2025, there are national water restrictions in place from 9am to 5pm and 10pm to 5am.
