El South Point Villas Cerf Island está situado en la costa sureste de Cerf Island y ofrece villas con vistas panorámicas al océano Índico. Todas las villas cuentan con un porche privado con zonas de estar y de barbacoa al aire libre. Las villas también disponen de un salón de planta abierta, una zona de cocina totalmente equipada, con lavavajillas y zona de comedor, un salón con TV y reproductor de DVD y una lavadora y secadora. Se puede acceder fácilmente a las playas locales, a pie durante la marea baja o en una de las canoas de uso gratuito de las villas. También se pueden organizar excursiones de pesca y buceo en aguas profundas bajo petición. A la llegada se proporciona una comida gratuita y una cesta gratuita de alimentos y bebidas, junto a un menú del chef para los huéspedes que deseen pedir comida a domicilio durante su estancia. El South Point Villas Cerf Island se encuentra en el parque nacional marino de St Anne, justo frente a la isla de Cache, y a 10 minutos en ferry a la isla de Mahe, donde se halla el aeropuerto más cercano, el aeropuerto internacional de Seychelles.

PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to a minimum stay of three (3) nights. Late booking must be made and paid for in full at least 5 days prior to arrival. South Point Villas were built 14 years ago on 5 acres of the Petit Family property located on a remote part of Cerf Island in the St Anne Marine National Park. The first Petit arrived from Coutras in France in the early 1800s and his great-grandson Jules was elected to the first independent legislature when Seychelles achieved independence from Mauritius and became a Crown Colony in 1903. Jules is (dubiously) credited for having introduced legislation lowering the age from which children could purchase alcohol to below 14! The private family cemetery is now declared a national monument and is located behind the main hospital on the old family property on Mahe. South Point Villas is one of two properties on the secluded southern corner of Cerf Island, the other next door property being originally developed by the famous author, Wilbur Smith, who spent many years holidaying here with his late wife Danielle. The next neighbours are more than a mile away which guarantees privacy and seclusion.
