Please note that all apartments are equipped with code locks. To receive the key code to your apartment you will need to complete the identity verification via the link sent to you via email and sms. You will receive the key codes and check-in instructions 2 days prior to arrival only after the identity verification is completed.
Check-out cleaning is included. Weekly cleaning is included for reservations longer than 7 days. Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in if travelling as part of a family. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities.
