NOTE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE ROOM IN THE COTTAGE! On the groundfloor there is a sofabed for two people to sleep. On the second floor (still in the same room!) there are two different lofts - one has a single bed and the other has two single beds. Set in a beautiful landscape with amazing views, this cottage offers peace and calm. It's the perfect location to access the whole of Österlen, with 25 minutes to the beach, 35 minutes to Simrishamn & Ystad, and 45 minutes to Kristianstad, Lund & Malmö and also easy access to Copenhagen Airport. The cottage is located on and old farm next to the main house, and is surrounded by open fields, with beautiful beech forests near by. You have your own garden behind the cottage, where you can enjoy your meals.

I work from home as a healer, coach and textile artist. My partner, Claes, is a lumberjack and a handyman and together we do a lot of projects on the farm. I love growing things, both fruit and veggies, herbs and beautiful flowers. We have a lot of veggie patches and flower borders, and from the cottage you have a nice view of our fields. We love hosting guests in our guesthouse and let people experience the tranquility of this beautiful area where we live!

Rural setting, quiet, beautiful views. The guesthouse is on a farm, surrounded by farmland. No neighbours nearby, except for the main house where we live. There's a forest in a nature reserve close to the guesthouse, perfect for hikes, and the beach on the East Coast is only 25 minutes drive away. It's 35 minutes drive to the South Coast. There's free parking next to the guesthouse. The location is great for exploring the whole of Skåne! Distances: Kristianstad - 45 minutes Kivik - 25 minutes Simrishamn & Ystad - 35 minutes Lund - 45 minutes Malmö - 55 minutes Hässleholm - 60 minutes Helsingborg - 75 minutes You need a car to stay here, since the nearest bus stop is 5 km away. The nearest small shop is 5 km away, in Lövestad, but most shops and other things you might need, you can find in both Tomelilla and Sjöbo, a 20 minute drive from the house. Österlen is known for its many flee markets and artists, but also for the beech forests and beautiful sandy beaches!
