As a guest, you have access to one of the houses – "Lillhuset" – and everything else on the property. Lillhuset is cozy and personally decorated, with a stove, piano, vinyl player, and walls filled with books. In the sleeping loft, there is one room with two single beds and one room with a double bed. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area for four people. There is also a newly renovated bathroom, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a double sofa bed in the living room. For larger groups, there is a shed for an additional 2–4 people, partially dug into the hillside. It is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and a small dining table for breakfast or simple meals. In addition, there is a conservatory just a few meters from the house that serves as a dining room for up to 8–10 people. It has a stove that spreads warmth and a refrigerator for drinks. It is worth noting that the ceiling height in Lillhuset is classic Skåne style, i. e. relatively low. This is especially true in the sleeping loft, which also has a sloping ceiling. So taller people in the group may be wise to reserve a place to sleep in the shed. The garden is lush and varied, with several small rooms and places to sit down. The houses, courtyard, and lawn are sunlit but secluded. There are seating areas, a hammock, a pergola, and everything you need for summer barbecues—including a small wood-fired pizza oven.
