The cottage is situated on almost 7,000 m² of land. The garden consists of grass and forest with a small path leading to the small boat doch on the lake. A boat is available (mei-oktober). Swimming is possible in the lake, and there is also a small beach 200 meters away. The garden features several seating areas and has both a fire/grill area and a fire pit. A barbecue is also available. Cars can be parked in front of the house or behind it. The entrance to the house is bright and airy. It leads to the bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and washing machine. The water pump (from a private well) is also located in the bathroom. From the entrance, you enter the fully equipped, bright kitchen with a central wood-burning stove (wood available upon request) that heats the house. From the kitchen, you enter the living room. The living room has a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa bed and two armchairs. The living room has a cozy, well-functioning fireplace and is also equipped with an air-to-air heat pump/air conditioning. From the kitchen, you also access another small room, where a separate table can be used as a workspace. Here can you also find two large wardrobes. From this room, you enter the spacious bedroom with a large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), and plenty of space for luggage. Inside the cottage, you'll find an information booklet with the Wi-Fi codes, important phone numbers, and of course, all the sights, beautiful hiking trails, restaurants, and tips for day trips. Hi, my name is Ray. I moved to Sweden from the Netherlands in 2022. I’m married and i have four kids, two dogs, a bird and a hamster. The cottage is located just above Kristinehamn in Värmland. The larger cities of Karlstad and Örebro are both about a 30-minute drive away. Beautiful nature is just around the corner (including Tiveden National Park) as is Sweden's largest lake (Vänern).
