About the villa: Enjoy a spectacular 180-degree view of the sparkling sea from Lysekil's most beautiful location, with westward-facing ocean views. Open the double doors from the kitchen and step out onto a spacious terrace where you can see all the way to Smögen. The terrace features lounge furniture, a grill, and a large dining table, as well as a new, smaller pool (not heated) that can be filled with the garden hose as needed. The spacious villa is perfect for large families or groups, with four generous bedrooms and plenty of storage for your luggage. The house is equipped with high-quality beds, including Carpe Diem beds in several rooms. On the ground floor, you will find a newly renovated kitchen that opens onto the terrace—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The open floor plan connects the dining area and living room, creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing. There are many family games available to borrow, as well as video games. The ground floor includes two bedrooms: one with a bunk bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Upstairs, a cozy living room with fantastic views awaits—perfect for relaxation or games. There are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a 120 cm-wide bed. An additional toilet is also available upstairs. Outside, you’ll find a charming little playhouse for children to enjoy. Cleaning: To keep the house welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that you tidy up before your departure. A robot vacuum cleaner is available to make cleaning easier. You will also find all necessary cleaning equipment in the house. Please ensure the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. During the summer, we alternate between staying on our boat and in the basement apartment of the house. We have our own separate entrance and only use the outdoor furniture located under the deck. Nearby: It’s only 300 meters to the bathing jetty, where the fantastic coastal promenade begins, stretching all the way to Norra Hamnen (the North Harbor) in Lysekil. Here, you can take a morning walk, go for a jog, or simply enjoy the stunning Swedish coastline.
