Welcome to my property at Fredsmötesvägen 8 in Lindome. This house is suitable for multiple purposes: business, holiday and long term rental. I absolutely enjoy introducing my home to travelers from all over the world. It is great to stay in genuine unique local home with all amenities, freedom to come and go as you wish, prepare your own food and take your pets with you. Hope you press the booking button and visit my place! The property is located in a little village next to the vast Sandsjöbacka nature reserve with lots of hiking and biking trails. There are frequently observations in the garden and surroundings of animals like deer, moose and many different types of birds. Walking distance, 400 m to the lake with excellent bading water. About 15 km to Göteborg central station, 15 minutes freeway by car and there are also train and bus connections. There are two floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower/bathtub. Beds for 6 people: Washing machine and drier. There are extra sheets and towels in the closet which you are welcome to use if you need. In general I have counted one bed set and towel/person. I have floor heating in the klinkers in the entrance hall, kitchen and bathrooms in top of central heating. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Hi, My name is Sara, I’m Molecular Biologist and work in an other area which has given me the opportunity to rent my house to travelers from all over the world on this booking platform. I bought this place 2010. I really like to spend time here and renovate the house and make small and big improvements to make it even better. I believe in continuos improvement and do my best to make sure that you as a guest enjoy staying at my place. I really like nature and animals so this house was great since it’s near the vast Sandsjöbacka nature reserve. There are occasionally wild animals passing the garden. The most common are the deer Capreolus capreolus, which is called Rådjur in swedish. The next common is the moose (Alces alces) that often looks for new branches to eat in the small forest behind the house. There has been a moose female living in this area several years with a new calf every or every other year. There are also male with a crown visiting the area regularly. The most likely time to see the moose is in the autumn, September-October since they really like apples and come to the village to taste the new apples even before those are ready and sweet yet. An other reason is that this is the moose mating time and they move a lot during this time looking for spouse. There are also several other animals like badger, ferret, squerls, owls and many other birds. Since the lake is nearby, there are toes and frogs on the road, especially in the spring and early summer.

The neighbourhood is a modern, cosy and calm villa area. There is no through traffic in the area, there’s a farm in the end of the main road. Short distance freeway to Göteborg centrum, 10-15 minutes. The villa area is located next to Sandsjöbacka nature reserve.
