Welcome to a comfortable and spacious cottage in charming Svanesund on eastern Orust. Here you stay in a two-storey house with space for up to six people, perfect for families who want both proximity to the sea and walking distance to a grocery store. The house has three bedrooms, two toilets, one shower, a bright living room with a fireplace, and a large kitchen with a dining area. On the terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture, and the large garden invites you to relax and play. For the children there is a swing in the tree and plenty of lawn to run around on. The cottage is well equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer and charging station for electric cars. A perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a natural setting, yet close to everything you need.

The nearest natural bathing spot is only 400 metres from the house, and the larger public beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Svanesund is located between Orust and the mainland and offers good connections by ferry to Stenungsund as well as buses to Gothenburg. Within an hour you can reach popular destinations such as Liseberg, Nordens Ark and the picturesque coastal villages of Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Klädesholmen. In the area you will also find cafés, farm shops, art galleries and beautiful hiking trails.
