I live on the ground floor and have separated the floors to rent out simply because as I have more space than I need. My teenage son sleeps here every other week. I built-in the stair between our floors with a wall with a sound panel on it. I have also sound isolated the ceiling to your bedroom and living room extra. However, we will hear each other just as you can hear sounds from your neighbour in flats. But we respect each other and it is quieter here with only me living with my son 50%. Quiet residential area near green areas with the advantage of being very close to the final stop of bus 5 - the only express bus of Malmö. The bus has frequent departures that also run late. 20 minute travel time to the city center. As the parking lots in Malmö are expensive, most guests who arrive with a car uses the opportunity to park on the street in front of this house for free and take the bus instead. You can park on my parking lot if you want in night-time. Also, I just started my booking account, but have hosted guests for five years using other platforms.
