Home Hotel Bilan is housed in a former county prison, 50 metres from Drottninggatan shopping street in Karlstad. It offers a private prison museum and rooms with free WiFi. All rooms at Hotel Bilan are located in refurbished prison cells. They feature exposed beams and high ceilings. All are equipped with flat-screen cable TVs and work desks. In summer, the garden terrace is a popular meeting place for coffee and drinks. A buffet breakfast and a light evening meal are served every day. The relaxation area includes a sauna.
