We are a married couple living in the area, running Sweden Cabins with love and care. Since building our first cabin in 2019, we’ve discovered the joy of looking after houses and making guests feel at home. Today, we offer four charming places to stay – and The Nordby Cabin is our newest addition. You can also stay in The Buar Cabin, The Blomsholm Cabin, or The Solhem Cabin. We truly enjoy creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and look forward to welcoming you to one of our homes.

Welcome to The Nordby Cabin – a charming villa carefully renovated in 2024, combining personal touches with modern comforts. You'll stay comfortably close to both nature and shopping. Please note that traffic can be noticeable when the Nordby Shopping Centre is open. Check-in is smooth with clear instructions – you may arrive any time after 3 PM and let yourselves in. The house is easy to keep clean, and a robot vacuum helps during your stay. We kindly ask you to tidy up before departure so the next guests can enjoy a pleasant arrival. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, all with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage. There are TVs with Chromecast both upstairs and downstairs, and of course, free Wi-Fi. A washing machine is also available in the basement.

You're staying at the very top of Bohuslän on Sweden’s west coast, just 10 minutes from the Norwegian border and 3 km from Nordby Shopping Centre – one of Sweden’s largest, with over 110 shops and restaurants. Traffic can be noticeable when the centre is open, but you’re close to everything you need. For beach lovers, the sea and the charming Lökholmen beach are just a few kilometres away, and the coastal town of Strömstad is only a 15-minute drive. Behind the house, you’ll find peaceful forest trails perfect for walks, berry picking and little adventures.
