Tott is located in the upper part of Åre village, offering stunning views of the mountains, Lake Åresjön and the village. With a ski slope and lift accessible directly from the top floor, you'll have seamless entry to the ski system in winter. In summer, running and hiking trails begin right outside your door, with downhill biking tracks also close by.

A great little nearby adventure in late summer is the hike to Nalleklippan, a scenic viewpoint about 30 minutes from Fjällgården along trail 213. It's an ideal spot for a peaceful afternoon break or a sunset outing. There’s a grill and seating available at the top—just remember to bring your own firewood if you plan to cook. Please note that there are no waste bins on site, so pack out what you bring.
